This is called a 2KVA Down Transformer. What is that you ask? Well if you are American and you plan to live in South Korea, you need one of these ‘Buck Rogers Style’ gadgets. It is a transformer that takes 220 volts down to 110 volts so you don’t fry your fancy mac computers, hair dryers, or other vital corded devices. Pretty cool, mine is a lovely baby blue.
